OUR GOALS
As a young organization, we have already achieved significant milestones and we are determined to continue and intensify our efforts. Currently, our foundation serves as a daycare for children, but we aspire to create an institution that goes beyond, providing a permanent home for children without families.
Our project 'Horizon' is designed to realize this vision. However, we urgently need your help. Financial resources and local volunteers are particularly crucial. With this support, we can realize the much-needed expansion.

Our association pursues long-term goals and ambitious visions. That's why we've decided to acquire real estate instead of renting. Renting carries the risk of terminations and uncertain investments in expansion. Purchasing secures the necessary space for us in the long term. With this background, we aim to achieve a
TARGET SUM OF CHF 50,000.00 for the year 2024.

We intend to allocate these funds by the end of 2024 as follows:

25,000 CHF for the purchase of land (1 hectare) including the current building

25,000 CHF to start the construction of the first floor of the new facility
This will enable us to:

Increase daily care and education from 30 to 40 children

Create a home for 10 orphaned children

Generate additional job opportunities for the community.
HORIZON–Construction of a New Orphanage with Residential and Educational Facilities
Our goal is to expand the current reach and capacity of our foundation to ensure sustainable support of our mission. By acquiring the land on which our current building stands, we lay the groundwork for significant development. We plan to expand our facilities by creating larger spaces that provide children with room to fully develop. Additionally, we aim to establish overnight accommodations for children, including appropriate sanitary facilities and an expanded kitchen to meet their needs optimally.
To offer children a holistic experience, the outdoor area will include a garden ideally suited for self-sufficiency. This garden will not only be a source of fresh food but also serve as an educational tool to teach children the value of sustainability and ecological responsibility. Furthermore, we plan to create outdoor play areas to give children the opportunity to move and play in nature. We also intend to integrate animals into the outdoor space, providing children with the opportunity to take on responsibility and learn respectful interaction with living beings. This project is a step toward a future where we can provide an even safer and more supportive environment for more children.

OTHER PROJECTS THAT CAN BE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE 'HORIZON' PROJECT:
COMPREHENSIVE CARE: A SAFE HOME FOR EVERY CHILD, DAY AND NIGHT
A safe and nurturing home where our children can be cared for not only during the day but also at night. This will be particularly relevant for street children and orphans. We aim to provide these children not only with accommodation but also with a loving and supportive environment where they feel secure and can unleash their potentials. By expanding our current facility, we will be able to offer comprehensive care to children.
AID FOR THE LITTLEST ONES: EXPANDING CARE TO NEWBORNS AND TODDLERS
This is a high priority for us, as the lack of resources for medical care poses a significant challenge, especially when young children fall ill. Many parents are unable to afford the necessary funds for their children's healthcare, resulting in newborns and toddlers not receiving adequate medical support. This sad reality is evidenced by some newborns being abandoned, sometimes even in dumpsters. We want to ensure that these children have a safe home with us and receive the much-needed medical care to promote their health and well-being, giving them the best possible chance at a healthy and happy life.
